Andrew Morse, Managing Director of ptc. and co-author of the AS2890 suite of Australian Standards for parking facilities, will speak at PACE 2021 on the topic of disability parking.
Andrew will draw on his 25 years of industry experience and his in-depth knowledge of the Australian Standards to provide regulatory and practical perspectives on disability parking.
Andrew will examine community statistics, policies, design requirements, parking space design and more, covering on and off-street disability parking provisions and their ability to serve community needs. Attendees will benefit from an overview of the current disability parking scenario and pathways for future improvements.
Andrew represents Parking Australia on the CE-001 (AS2890) parking facilities committee for Standards Australia and his role is to provide technical input and source supporting data and information to underpin the reliability of the Standards.
